About Paw Atlas

A daily companion for your dog

Paw Atlas is built around one idea: the real value is the record you build up over time. Every walk, meal, photo and diary entry adds up to a history of your dog's life — and the app is designed so that history is worth keeping. It lives on your device and, if you're signed into iCloud, syncs privately to your own iCloud account. There are no ads, no trackers, and no servers of ours in between.

Diary & Daily Care

• Today Summary — a single view of everything logged for your dog today, with progress toward the daily and weekly goals you've set for treats, meals and activity.
• Appointments & Calendar — vet visits, groomer bookings and other appointments live on a full calendar, so nothing gets missed.
• Notes & Photo Diary — write a quick note about your dog's day and attach photos, building an ongoing diary rather than a scattered camera roll.

Food & Nutrition

• Meal & Treat Logging — log meals and treats as you give them, with calories tracked automatically against your dog's daily total.
• Defined Meals — save the meals you feed regularly as reusable presets, so logging the same breakfast every morning is one tap instead of re-entering it from scratch.
• Nutrient Targets — for owners who want to feed with more precision, set daily targets for protein, fat, carbohydrates, fibre and moisture, and see how each meal contributes toward them.

Walks

• GPS Tracking & Route Maps — every walk is recorded with a real GPS route, distance and duration, so you can look back at exactly where you went.
• Breaks & Treats on the Go — pause a walk for a break and log treats given mid-walk without losing your tracking.
• Meetings & Special Places — mark the dogs you met and the spots worth remembering along your route, building a map of your dog's favourite world over time.
• Live Activity — an active walk shows on your lock screen and Dynamic Island in real time, with controls to pause, resume or finish without unlocking your phone.

Stats & Review

• All-Time Totals & Charts — see lifetime totals for walks, distance, treats and meals, visualised as charts you can explore by time range.
• Insight Cards — 29 different insight cards surface patterns in your dog's routine — things like their most active day of the week or how their walking distance has trended — that would be easy to miss just scrolling through raw logs.
• Weekly & Monthly Review — a designed summary card of the week or month just gone, ready to save to your photo library or share.

• Memory Lane — every unique route you've ever walked, your favourite place visits, and a running gallery of your dog's pictures.
• Care — vet and groomer contacts, medication tracking and reminders, and heat cycle tracking for female dogs, all in one place.
• Explore — a heat map of where you walk most, a list of favourite places, and custom markers you can drop yourself for spots that matter to you.
• More — keep track of pet friends your dog knows, training goals you're working on together, and what you've spent on their care.

Health

• Medication Reminders — schedule medications with reminders so doses never get missed, with a history of what's been given and when.
• Heat Cycle Tracking — log and track heat cycles for female dogs over time.
• Appointment Reminders & Calendar Sync — vet and groomer appointments can be added straight to your device's calendar, in addition to Paw Atlas's own reminders.
